

If you would like to become more involved with the Zen Center, these are suggestions for establishing a practice. They do not need to be followed in any order and should be adapted to what best suits your own path. We encourage you to jump in and attend our regular daily sitting at any time.
Getting Started

Arrive at 9:00 a.m. during Saturday Community for meditation instruction and stay for meditation, a dharma talk, and lunch

Sign up for a Introduction to Zen Workshop

Start regularly attending Saturday Community

Spend the night for a gentler Temple Stay

Stay at the center Friday night and attend a full Saturday Community
