Youth Community Monthly

Join us for a morning of mindfulness and discovery at the Zen Center, designed for youth ages 8–18. While parents participate in meditation and a Dharma talk, children and teens will engage in fun, age-appropriate activities that foster awareness and connection. Youth activities are led by our sangha member Alexandra Thomas.

This session we will explore the relationship between the arts and mindfulness.

Are you into painting? Dancing? Poetry?

What about photography or writing short stories?

Let's explore Zen expression in various art modalities!

Plan to meet at the Sangha House at 10 am.
