The Ocean Mudra Samadhi, sometimes referred to as the Ocean Seal or samadhi as one-pointed attention, is to be at peace--to be at one. “In the great way of going beyond, no endeavor is complete without being one with the myriad things .” A life comes into question, and the old words no longer make any sense. Like the ocean mudra, turning, . . . turning us, turning us toward, and turning us whole--embraced by the whole way around.
