Kids & Youth Community Quarterly
Join us for a morning of mindfulness and discovery at the Zen Center, designed for ages 1–18 yrs. While parents participate in meditation and Dharma talk, children and teens will engage in fun, age-appropriate activities, led by sangha members. $15 admission/person (child or parent)

About This Event
For children ages 1-7 are welcome to spend a fun-filled morning at the Zen Center offering parents the opportunity to enjoy meditation and dharma/student talk. Together we will explore the surroundings of the Zen Center.
For youth ages 8–18: While parents participate in meditation and a Dharma talk, children and teens will engage in fun, age-appropriate activities that foster awareness and connection.
8:30 - Gather in work circle for those who arrive early (optional)
8:35 - Gather at Zendo deck (optional)
8:45 - Walk to Stupas (optional)
9:45 - Back at Zen Center & snacks 🍪 (optional)
