Youth Community Monthly
Join us for a morning of mindfulness and discovery at the Zen Center, designed for youth ages 8–18. While parents participate in meditation and Dharma talk, children and teens will engage in fun, age-appropriate activities that foster. Led by our sangha member Alexandra Thomas. $15 admission/person

About This Event
Join us for a morning of mindfulness and discovery at the Zen Center, designed for youth ages 8–18. While parents participate in meditation and a Dharma talk, children and teens will engage in fun, age-appropriate activities that foster awareness and connection. Youth activities are led by our sangha member Alexandra Thomas.
This morning we will experience Oryoki! Please register by Friday, November 21, 2025 so that we can plan for enough food for everyone! Please also email Alex if there are any food allergies that we should be aware of. We will plan to join for the Dharma talk at 11AM.

Youth Community Monthly Host: Alex work with kids professionally and is excited to share her talent and expertise with the youth in our community. She is a mother of two children and lives in Vallejo, CA.
