Saturday Community (Talk by Carol 'Seizen' Adams) - ONLINE (on Zoom)

Talk will be given by Carol Seizen (清全) Adams, a student of Jakusho Kwong-roshi and Nyoze Kwong-osho, following 10:30 am zazen.

Carol began her formal Zen study and training as a resident at Sonoma Mountain Zen Center in July 2021. During that time she served as Office Manager and after a 2-year break from residency, she returned in January 2025 continuing her commitment to serve in the Office and also manage the Zen Dust Store. Since January 2026, she also serves as secretary to SMZC's Board of Trustees. Carol received Jukai from Nyoze Kwong-osho in November 2024 and received the Buddhist name Seizen 清全 (Pure Complete). Born wide open and plain, Carol’s journey to the mountain sparked as a child while exploring the interconnectedness of the natural world and gradually matured through years of intensive self-study in myriad spiritual traditions and through direct experience.
